Include

• What you were trying to do
• The screen and steps that led to the issue
• Expected versus actual result
• Browser, device, and approximate time

Urgent privacy or security issue

Use the same address with “URGENT REGEN INCIDENT” in the subject. Do not email passwords, access tokens, recovery links, or private health details.
